On Wednesday, April 23, former Minooka Community High School standout Taylor Mackin’s college team lost in an NCAA Division I softball game

On Wednesday, April 23, former Minooka Community High School standout Taylor Mackin’s current college team, the Northern Illinois Huskies, lost 9-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Illinois Fighting Illini.

The game took place at Eichelberger Field. This was their first matchup against the Fighting Illini this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 25 at 3 p.m. at Mary M. Bell Field against Akron Zips.
