Creative Treasurers & More, a home goods store and artisan marketplace in Diamond, is offering a variety of handcrafted and unique gifts for the holiday season. The store features custom-made items, repurposed vintage pieces, and upcycled furniture at its location at 2585 E. Division St., Unit #1.
Owner Stephanie Porterfield stated, "We specialize in finding and refinishing solid wood furniture and other vintage items, giving them a new life." The business is owned by Dan and Stephanie Porterfield and managed by Danielle Planeta. Store hours are Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Grundy Chamber President & CEO Christina Van Yperen said, "Creative Treasurers & More opened this summer offering gifts and items to make your home and space uniquely yours."
Earlier this year, the Grundy County Chamber of Commerce & Industry organized a ribbon cutting event for the store's opening with participation from Diamond Mayor Terry Kernc as well as Chamber members and Ambassadors.
Starting December 13, Creative Treasurers will launch a “12 Days of Christmas” event where customers have opportunities to win holiday gifts each day.
