True North: Building Two has opened its second floor, providing space for over 32 local businesses in North Avenue. Stacey Olson, the owner of True North, described it as "a distinctive shopping experience including a children’s toy store, a garden center, clothing boutiques, amazing antique/vintage stores, a clothing co-op, handmade gifts, and more."

The new addition also features CKC (Curious Kids Clubhouse), which Olson highlighted as "an innovative set up that serves as the perfect backdrop for children to explore, create, and learn through imaginative play." She added that CKC will nurture children's natural curiosity.

Located at 1338 Clay St. in Morris, the small business incubator on the second floor of True North Building 2 officially opened on May 10. The Grundy County Chamber of Commerce & Industry celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on May 15. The businesses offer a variety of products ranging from greeting cards to home decor.

Christina Van Yperen, President & CEO of the Grundy Chamber stated: “Just when you thought True North already had it all, North Avenue proves our local small business owners have more to offer and create.”

True North operates daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., with Building Two maintaining similar hours. Together they host over 250 vendors and organize monthly events free for all ages. Various clubs are available including Craft Club and Kids Book Club.

Olson encouraged visitors by saying: “Check the new space out! We promise you are going to love it."
