Minooka Community High School is set to hold groundbreaking ceremonies for its new fieldhouse and career and technical education additions on April 26. The ceremonies are open to the public and will take place at the South and Central Campuses.
The South Campus event will occur at 9 a.m. at the site of the prospective fieldhouse located on the south side of the facility. Later, at 10 a.m., the Central Campus will host its ceremony for the new CTE addition on the west side of the building. Organizers have made arrangements to move the events indoors should the weather not permit outdoor activities.

Both projects are expected to be completed by the fall of 2026.
