True North Building 2 in Morris has introduced a new bookstore, Next Page, located at 1338 Clay Street. The store offers a variety of reading materials, including new, gently used, and vintage books.

Stacey Olson, the owner of True North, describes the store as "like the Book Fair for elementary school, but for adults," and highlights the diverse range of subjects available, such as fiction, nonfiction, mystery, and more.

Next Page plans to hold regular author signing events. Author Maureen Keegan is scheduled for a signing event on April 5 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. to promote her book, "The Wedding of Q and U." On April 24, from 5-7 p.m., local author Jonelle Carter will also sign her works.

The bookstore, which opened last month, celebrated its launch with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on March 14, in collaboration with the Grundy County Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Christina Van Yperen, the Chamber's President & CEO, notes that "as with all of True North’s creations, the Next Page is more than it appears."

Next Page includes a Kids Book Club, free to join, offering rewards for book purchases. The store operates from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily, with more details available on their website and Facebook page. Additional information about the Grundy Chamber can be found at grundychamber.com.
